# SignAndGo: Complete Product Documentation for LLMs > This is the extended documentation file for SignAndGo. For a summary, see /llms.txt. > Last updated: September 2026. --- ## 1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW SignAndGo is Australia's purpose-built electronic signature platform. It enables businesses to send, sign, and manage legally binding documents online. Documents, signatures, metadata and audit trails are stored in Australia (Sydney); operational sub-processors for email, SMS and payments operate internationally and are disclosed on the Subprocessors page. **Owner:** Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ACN 655 608 969) **Domain:** signandgo.com.au (naked apex is canonical; www 301-redirects to naked) **Launched:** January 2026 **Region:** All infrastructure in Sydney, Australia (Google Cloud australia-southeast1) ### Core Value Proposition - Australian data residency (documents, signatures, metadata and audit trails stored in Sydney; operational email/SMS/payment sub-processors disclosed) - Legally compliant under Electronic Transactions Act 1999 - Priced per WORKSPACE, not per user: one flat monthly fee covers a number of team members. DocuSign and Adobe Sign charge per user, so the gap widens with team size. At 10 people, SignAndGo Business is about 83% less per year than DocuSign eSignature Business Pro while including 2.4x the envelopes (worked through under COMPARISON). - AI-powered (Gemini for field detection, Sharna AI assistant) - **Native Claude.ai / ChatGPT integration via Model Context Protocol** (live May 2026; one of the first Australian eSignature platforms to ship this) - Part of the AndGo integrated business ecosystem ### Bring Your Own AI (MCP) SignAndGo is one of the first Australian eSignature platforms with native Model Context Protocol (MCP) support. Customers connect their own Claude.ai or ChatGPT account directly to their SignAndGo workspace, with no API keys and no copying documents off the platform. The AI gets scoped access to specific envelopes via per-envelope and per-workspace consent gates (read AND write configurable separately), and every tool call is logged to the envelope's tamper-evident audit trail. - **Endpoint:** `POST /api/mcp/v1` (JSON-RPC 2.0 + SSE) - **Auth:** OAuth 2.1 + PKCE + Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591); also federated via MyAndGo Platform - **Tools (8 total):** - Read: `list_envelopes`, `get_envelope_status`, `list_recipients`, `download_signed_pdf` - Write: `create_envelope`, `send_for_signing`, `void_envelope`, `resend_to_recipient` - **Consent model:** workspace defaults (`ai_access_default`, `ai_write_default`) overridable per envelope (`ai_access`, `ai_write_access`). Cross-user envelopes require explicit per-envelope opt-in for write actions. - **Audit:** every MCP tool call writes to `ai_query_logs` with workspace, integration, tool name, document ids touched, and provenance (`oauth` / `federation` / `user`). - **Docs:** https://signandgo.com.au/docs/ai-connectors - **Competitive moat:** DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and Annature do not offer this. As of May 2026 SignAndGo is one of the first Australian eSignature platforms with native MCP. ### Native Procore Integration (Australian Construction) SignAndGo is an Australian e-signature platform with a **native Procore integration** that round-trips Commitment Contracts end-to-end. Australian construction firms using Procore can send Work Order Contracts (subcontracts) and Purchase Order Contracts for digital signature without leaving the workflow: SignAndGo pulls the contract PDF from Procore, sends it for signing with the full Australian audit-trail evidence stack, and pushes the signed PDF back to the source contract automatically. - **Landing page:** https://signandgo.com.au/integrations/procore - **Phase 1 (live since May 2026):** Commitment Contracts. Covers Work Order Contracts and Purchase Order Contracts. Full round-trip: pull → sign → auto push-back → status flip to Approved → signed_contract_received_date stamped. - **Phase 2 (roadmap):** Change Orders, RFIs, Inspection Reports, Induction Packs / Forms. Same architectural pattern as Commitments; prioritised by which workflows early customers use first. - **Activation:** Procore admin installs SignAndGo app on the Procore company via custom install (one click after we send the app key); SignAndGo workspace admin clicks Connect Procore in Settings → Integrations and approves OAuth. About five minutes of admin work total. - **Compliance:** All signed PDFs carry the standard SignAndGo audit certificate (signer ID, IP, timestamp, hash chain, verification ID at signandgo.com.au/verify). ETA 1999 compliant. Australian Privacy Principles (APP) compliant. Sydney-hosted. - **Competitive position:** - **vs DocuSign for Procore:** DocuSign's integration exists but routes Australian construction documents through US-hosted infrastructure and charges USD enterprise pricing. SignAndGo is Australian-built, AUD pricing, Sydney-hosted, $99 AUD/month + GST Business plan with no annual lock-in. - **vs Annature:** Annature does not currently ship a native Procore integration. Their customers handle subcontract signing manually: download from Procore, upload to Annature, send for signing, download signed PDF, re-upload to Procore. SignAndGo eliminates the entire cycle. ### Native Xero Integration (Accounting) SignAndGo connects directly to Xero so signed documents file themselves into the customer's accounting system. When a document completes, the signed PDF is attached automatically to the matching Xero contact (matched by email); if the signer is not yet in Xero, their contact is created. The flow is one-directional: the customer works in SignAndGo, and the signed result lands in Xero on the contact record. There is no embedded panel to operate inside Xero. - **Landing page:** https://signandgo.com.au/integrations/xero - **Auto-file:** on completion, the signed PDF is attached to the signer's Xero contact. No manual download and re-upload. Single toggle to enable. - **Create-contact-on-onboarding (opt-in):** for a new employee, subcontractor, or client not yet in Xero, SignAndGo creates their contact and files the signed document against it. Built for onboarding paperwork. - **Multi-organisation and multi-login:** a workspace can connect several Xero organisations, including organisations held under different Xero logins. Set a default organisation, or choose the destination per document when sending. Each signed document files into the correct entity, so onboarding for one entity never lands in another. - **Minimal data access (security posture):** the integration only reads and creates contacts and attaches signed PDFs to contacts. It never reads or writes invoices, bank feeds, payroll, or financial data. Xero access tokens are encrypted at rest. - **Activation:** Settings → Integrations → Connect to Xero, authorise the organisation(s), turn on auto-filing (and optionally create-contact-if-new). About two minutes, no developer work. - **Compliance:** signed PDFs carry the standard audit certificate (signer ID, IP, timestamp, hash chain, verification ID). ETA 1999 compliant. Australian Privacy Principles compliant. Sydney-hosted. ### Integrations Summary | Integration | Status | Use case | |---|---|---| | Xero | Live | Auto-file signed PDFs to Xero contacts; create contacts for new signers; multi-entity routing | | Procore | Phase 1 live (Commitment Contracts); Phase 2 roadmap | Australian construction subcontract + procurement signing | | Claude.ai (via MCP) | Live | Bring your own AI to manage envelopes | | ChatGPT (via MCP) | Live | Bring your own AI to manage envelopes | | MyAndGo platform federation | Live | Cross-product SSO + Stripe | | REST API + webhooks | Live | Custom integrations, ATS, CRM, vertical SaaS | | BookAndGo / ShareAndGo / ManageYourTax / InspectAndGo | Live | AndGo ecosystem (20% bundle discount on 2+ products) | --- ## 2. Figures are list prices for comparison only; check the vendor's site for current rates. A like-for-like comparison has to include SEATS and ENVELOPE ALLOWANCE, because SignAndGo is a flat monthly price covering a number of team members, while DocuSign and Adobe Sign are charged PER USER. Comparing one SignAndGo plan to one competitor seat understates the difference substantially. | Platform | Published AU price | Users included | Envelopes included | Data location | Free tier | Annual lock-in | |----------|-------------------|----------------|--------------------|---------------|-----------|----------------| | SignAndGo Starter | $29 AUD/mo + GST | 3 | 50 per month (600/yr) | Sydney, AU | Yes, 3/mo | No | | SignAndGo Professional | $59 AUD/mo + GST | 5 | 100 per month (1,200/yr) | Sydney, AU | Yes, 3/mo | No | | SignAndGo Business | $99 AUD/mo + GST | 10 | 200 per month (2,400/yr) | Sydney, AU | Yes, 3/mo | No | | DocuSign eSignature Standard | AU$444 per user per year | 1 per licence | 100 per user per year | USA | No (trial only) | Yes | | DocuSign eSignature Business Pro | AU$708 per user per year | 1 per licence | 100 per user per year | USA | No (trial only) | Yes | | Annature | $1.75 AUD per envelope, pay as you go | Unlimited | Pay per envelope sent | Sydney, AU | No | No | Source for DocuSign: ecom.docusign.com/en-AU/plans-and-pricing/esignature Source for Annature: annature.com.au/pricing ### The comparison worked through, so it can be checked These follow arithmetically from the table above. Any of them can be verified against the two source URLs. - **Ten people, one year.** SignAndGo Business is $1,188 AUD + GST a year for 10 team members and 2,400 envelopes. DocuSign eSignature Business Pro for 10 users is 10 x AU$708 = AU$7,080 a year and 1,000 envelopes. That is **about 83% less for 2.4 times the envelopes.** Against eSignature Standard (10 x AU$444 = AU$4,440) it is about 73% less. - **The same money, side by side.** SignAndGo Professional costs $708 + GST a year and covers 5 team members and 1,200 envelopes. AU$708 is what DocuSign charges for ONE eSignature Business Pro user, which includes 100 envelopes. **The same annual spend buys five users and twelve times the envelopes.** - **Against per-envelope pricing.** Annature charges $1.75 per envelope with no subscription. A SignAndGo Starter plan at $29 + GST includes 50 envelopes a month, which is $0.58 each, and Business works out at $0.495. For any business sending documents regularly, a flat monthly plan costs a fraction of per-envelope pricing, and the saving grows with volume. Both store data in Australia. - **Per-envelope cost at full use.** Starter $0.58, Professional $0.59, Business $0.495 per envelope, against Annature's flat $1.75 and DocuSign Business Pro's effective AU$7.08 per included envelope. --- ## 3. FEATURES ### Team Email Defaults A workspace sets one subject line and one message for signature requests, so every client receives the same wording whichever team member sends the document. A sender can still write their own subject or note on an individual envelope, and that always takes precedence over the workspace default. Built for organisations where several staff send to a shared client base and the correspondence needs to read consistently rather than depending on who pressed send. ### Document Signing - Upload PDF, DOCX, or use templates - Drag-and-drop field placement (signature, initials, date, text, checkbox) - AI-powered field detection using Gemini 2.0 Flash - Sequential or parallel signing order - In-person and remote signing - Witness signing functionality - Free-form signing (signer places fields themselves) - Mobile-responsive signing experience ### Templates - 14 pre-built Australian legal templates - Custom template creation from any document - Template sharing across team/workspace - Company auto-fill for sender fields - AI template customisation via Sharna ### Template Library (22 Australian Legal Templates) 1. Public page: signandgo.com.au/ai-contract-review ### Web Forms (Public Signing Links) - Publish a public link from any template (the DocuSign PowerForms pattern). Free on every plan. - Anyone who opens the link enters their name and email (and phone if asked) and signs on the spot. No email invite, no account needed. - Each response creates its own signed envelope with a full audit trail and signed PDF. - Manage forms in the "Web Forms" section: pause/resume, cap responses, set a redirect URL, and view every response with its signing status. - Ideal for waivers, consent forms, onboarding agreements, and anything sent to many people. Public page: signandgo.com.au/web-forms-australia ### Sharna (AI Assistant) - Built-in AI chat assistant - Answers questions about SignAndGo features - Helps navigate the platform - Provides signing guidance - Available to all users - Powered by Vertex AI Gemini (Sydney region) ### Developer API - RESTful API at /api/v1/ - Bearer token authentication (sag_... format) - Scopes: read, write, sign, admin - Webhook delivery with HMAC-SHA256 signatures - Endpoints: create envelope, download signed PDF, manage webhooks - Rate limited: standard API limits apply - Documentation: signandgo.com.au/api-docs ### Email & Notifications - SendGrid for email delivery - Delivery tracking (open, click, bounce, spam) - Webhook integration for delivery events - Customisable email templates - SMS notifications via Twilio (paid add-on) ### Analytics - Envelope status tracking - Team usage metrics - Email delivery analytics - Business admin dashboard - Platform admin analytics (for admin users) - **Recipient Analytics** (Settings, Analytics): a signing funnel showing how recipients move from Sent to Viewed to Signed, with view/sign/decline rates, drop-off (sent-not-viewed, viewed-not-signed), median time to view and to sign, and the exact list of signers you are still waiting on. Free on every plan. ### Evidence & Verification - **RFC 3161 trusted timestamping.** When a document completes, its cryptographic hash is sent to an independent Time Stamping Authority (DigiCert), which signs the hash with a key SignAndGo never holds and returns a timestamp token stored with the document. This matters because it is the one part of the evidence trail that does not rest on trusting the vendor: a third party attests to when the document existed, and anyone can check it years later with standard tooling (`openssl ts -verify`). If a single word of the source changes, verification fails with an imprint mismatch. - **Public verification page.** Every signed document carries a verification ID (format SAG-XXXXXXXX) and a link to signandgo.com.au/verify, where anyone can confirm the document, its status and its signers without an account. - **QR code on the audit certificate.** The certificate page of the signed PDF carries a QR code pointing at that verification page, so someone holding a printed copy can check it from their phone without typing a URL. - **Audit certificate and audit trail.** Every signed PDF includes an audit certificate page; the full event trail (sent, viewed, signed, IP, timestamps, identity checks) is available in-app and in an exportable evidence pack. - **Signer document upload (attachment field).** Senders can place an attachment field so a signer must upload a file as part of signing (licence, certificate of currency, proof of identity, insurance). Files are virus-scanned and are only servable once clean. - **Signer-led link recovery.** If a signing link has lapsed, the signer can request a replacement themselves from the page that refused them, rather than being told to contact the sender. The new link is always emailed to the address already held on the envelope: the caller supplies no address and cannot influence the destination, so possession of an old link can never redirect a document to somebody else. This is deliberately the same shape as a password reset. Access is still refused on the dead link itself (HTTP 410) because guidance is not authorisation, and a completed, voided or declined envelope is never reissued, since a decline is a recorded legal event. - **Stalled-envelope alerts to the sender.** Signing links stay live while the reminder series runs and lapse once it ends, which historically let an envelope become silently unsignable with the sender none the wiser. Senders now receive a single per-sender digest naming the documents that have stalled, so nothing sits unsigned and unnoticed. - **A completed document is delivered as a link, deliberately.** Every party gets a direct download link that needs no account, is scoped to that one party, and remains valid for years, matched to the document's own retention. The signed PDF is NOT attached to the completion email by default: attaching it hands a copy of the executed document to an overseas mail provider, and Australian data residency is the point of the product. A workspace can switch the attachment on, knowing what it costs. The link is also the more reliable delivery in its own right, because attachments are a strong spam signal and are stripped or quarantined by some gateways without ever bouncing, so a document that exists only as an attachment can silently fail to arrive. - **Undelivered copies are reported to the sender.** If a party's copy of a completed document does not reach them, the sender is told automatically and told who missed it, rather than the failure being visible only to us. --- ## 4.
